How long does it take to get approved for credit?
Please allow 2-3 business days for a standard credit application. For customers who have limited credit history it could take up to 5 business days.
How will I know if I've been approved for credit?
You will receive an email from our accounts receivable team letting you know if you have been approved and for how much. We will send this email to the accounts payable contact on your credit application as well as letting your sales representative know.
How is the approved amount of credit determined?
We review your credit report based off of publicly available information around pay history, years in business, revenue and the amount recommended by our credit reporting company.
If my business is brand new with no credit history, can I still be approved for credit?
Yes, if there is no information about your business with the credit reporting company we can also check credit references. You may only receive a small credit limit, but with on-time payment history you can request an increase.
Can I still make a purchase if I am not approved for credit?
Yes, you can prepay for an order with a credit card, EFT payment or check. Please allow for processing time, the order will not be released until the funds have cleared our account.
