SpinCat

Five SpinCat downhole cleaning tools arranged from the largest model to the compact SC-125

SpinCat

SpinCat is a family of durable, self-rotating downhole cleaning tools engineered for coiled-tubing well intervention, scale removal, stimulation, and clean-out work. Controlled rotation distributes the jet pattern around the wellbore, increasing coverage and dwell time while carbide-nozzle or drilled-head configurations deliver concentrated impact.

Five body diameters support different coiled-tubing sizes and bottom-hole assembly constraints. The compact SC-125 uses a recessed, drilled head and slim profile for restricted IDs; larger models use replaceable carbide nozzles and provide greater flow capacity, inlet size, and working-load capability.

Key Features

  • Complete Coverage: Self-rotation distributes cleaning energy around the wellbore.
  • Controlled Rotation: Maintains dwell time and jet impact for effective cleaning.
  • Downhole Durability: Hardened stainless-steel construction and fluoro-elastomer seals withstand demanding well-service environments.
  • Field Serviceable: Straightforward maintenance supports uptime between jobs.
  • Application-Fit Range: Select the tool diameter that fits the coiled-tubing and BHA envelope, then validate pressure, flow, tubing geometry, and jetting for the job.
