The StoneAge® Rigid Lancing System is the industry standard for both vertical and horizontal heat exchanger cleaning

*Expand Your Operating Window Easily

Our new design for expanding the operating window offers more versatility when cleaning a variety of heat exchanger sizes. Our standard Lance Positioner provides a 56” operating window. By replacing just a few items, combined with the Universal Corner Brackets and aluminum box rails in longer sizes, it is now possible to expand this window up to 10 ft. or more. In addition, we have added eye brackets on the top corner mounts, both for lifting the frame as well as mounting on scaffolding.

*Dual Springs Prevent Lance Damage

We have added a second coil spring which provides greater safety. If one spring fails in operation than the second spring will prevent lance damage. Two springs in operation will also provide better and more consistent guide block movement along the rail.

*Swivel Wheels & Jack Stands

StoneAge® is now featuring more options to set up your Lance Positioner. We now offer durable swivel type wheels that can be locked into position or the use of adjustable jack stands for greater stability when in operation.

*Stability Enhanced with New Rear Supports

The Rear Support has been significantly strengthened. Support legs are now made from tubular aluminum, the top bar is now made from our aluminum box rails, and the top corner bracket is a welded assembly. In addition, the cross legs have an additional brace.

*Tilt Function and Steering Controls

The Lance Postioner continues to offer Tilt Function and Steering Control options. The Tilt Function allows the Lance Postioner to be tilted on one side to match the tube pitch angle of a heat exchanger. The Steering Control makes movement of the Lance Positioner much easier around the heat exchanger pad.

Please see the manual insert, the BRLM Upgrade Flyer, and our new Tool Talk series listed on the right side of this window.

TOOL TALK™ - Consider Us Your Waterblast Partner
Using rotating rigid lances offers many benefits over flexible hose lances that include greater operator safety, greater productivity, and multiple tube cleaning simultaneously. Operators can index the rigid lances across the heat exchanger tube face while controlling the pneumatic functions at up to 25’ (8 mtrs) away from the high pressure water. Productivity is increased with the ability to put all of your pumps pressure through forward hitting jets and eliminating the safety concern of balanced jet thrust. These rigid lances also rotate providing entire surface coverage of the tubes and no streak cleaning. StoneAge Lancing Systems are available with single, dual, or even triple rotary packages which decrease down time by improving productivity. These modular systems can be used vertically or horizontally with rigid lance lengths of up to 60’(18 mtrs).
